Contracting, selection, orders and delivery.
These terms explain how Roto y Descosío furniture packages operate on the Costa del Sol.
1. Scope of service
Roto y Descosío offers furniture packages for homes located on the Costa del Sol. Packages contain a fixed selection of categories and quantities, with product alternatives available within each category.
2. Fixed packages
Essential, Balance and Signature have predefined contents. Individual furniture items cannot be removed to reduce the package price. Clients may choose among available options and add optional services or rooms.
3. Property validation
Before confirming orders, we review the available property information: location, rooms, floor plan or measurements, photographs and target date. The client must provide enough information to check that the selected pieces are suitable.
4. Contract and first payment
Once the scope is confirmed, the engagement is formalised. After signing the contract and paying the initial 50%, the client receives access to the private area of their package to complete the selection.
5. Selection and approval
Selection is made from the alternatives available in each category. Orders are not placed until the client has approved the final selection. Availability may vary by supplier; if an item becomes unavailable, an equivalent alternative within the same package level will be proposed.
6. Orders and lead times
After approval, orders are placed. Lead times depend on the availability and timelines of each manufacturer or supplier. The estimated schedule is confirmed before placing orders and any relevant changes are communicated to the client.
7. Delivery, installation or collection
Delivery, installation, placement and cleaning may be booked as an optional service. Where client collection is agreed, the corresponding logistics instructions will be provided. Work not expressly included —such as electrical modifications, building work or special installations— is quoted separately.
8. Final payment
The remaining 50% of the contracted amount is payable before or on the agreed delivery date, in accordance with the accepted proposal.
9. Optional services
Optional services are added to the package price: Kitchen, bed linen & towels, accessories, desk & chair, chest of drawers, extra room, terrace furniture, and delivery/installation/cleaning. “From” prices are subject to the final configuration stated in the proposal.
10. Later changes
Changes requested before orders are placed will be managed within the available options. Once supplier orders have been placed, any modification is subject to each supplier’s possibilities, costs and cancellation/return policies.
