Contract and 50%Once the contract is signed and the first 50% is paid, we activate your private access.

Personalise and approveYou choose from your package catalogue. Once you give final approval, we place the orders.

Delivery or collectionWe coordinate delivery, assembly and styling if booked, or the agreed collection. The remaining 50% is payable before or on delivery day.

Can I remove furniture from the package to reduce the price?
No. All three packages are fixed in contents and price. You can choose among the available alternatives in each category and add optional services.
Can I change the pieces and finishes?
Yes, within the options available in your package. The full selection is shown in the private area and approved before orders are placed.
What are the delivery lead times?
They depend on the selected pieces and supplier availability. We confirm the schedule before placing orders and keep you informed of any changes.
Can I add more bedrooms or a terrace?
Yes. You can add an extra bedroom and terrace furniture, as well as other optional services, depending on the selected package.
Can I collect the furniture myself?
Yes, when order logistics allow it and it has been agreed in advance. Delivery, installation and cleaning is an optional service.
How much does each package cost?
Essential from €16,999, Balance from €29,999 and Signature from €45,999, excluding VAT. Optional services are added to the selected package.
