Delivery, payments and terms.

Transport is quoted individually according to the property’s location, the order volume and access requirements, such as the floor, lift access or special unloading needs.

We agree a date with you and arrange delivery inside your property, according to the service booked and confirmed availability.

Assembly service from €949. A specialist team assembles the furniture and removes packaging and waste for appropriate disposal.

For this service, you or a nominated person must be present to indicate where each piece of furniture and decorative item should go.

Ceiling light installation is not included, as it requires an electrician. The scope and total price, including applicable taxes, are detailed in your quote.

Final styling service from €1,195. Our team coordinates the placement of furniture, textiles and accessories to get your rooms ready.

You can give us access to the property so we can take care of the installation without you being present. If needed, we can also arrange a photography session, quoted separately.

The final price depends on the size of the property and the scope of the service. Your quote sets out the total price and applicable taxes.

First payment: 50%. Payable after the initial meeting, once the initial selection is agreed and the contract signed, before we prepare the moodboards.

Second payment: 50%. The remaining balance is payable on or before the final delivery date.

All payments are documented by invoice. We will ask for your billing details and the relevant tax identification document: NIF, NIE or equivalent.

Cancellation before orders are placed. For voluntary cancellations covered by the agreed commercial policy, 85% of the deposit paid is refunded. This policy does not apply where a statutory right of withdrawal or termination for breach of contract applies.

Cancellation after orders have been placed. Commitments made and actual, substantiated costs are reviewed in accordance with the contract and applicable law. The outstanding 50% will not be charged for cancelled services or supplies for which no payment is due.

Selection and changes. After final approval, changes are subject to supplier acceptance and the stage of production or order preparation. Any change in price or timing is communicated before confirmation.

Bespoke products. Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the right of withdrawal. Ordering an item from a supplier does not, by itself, make it a personalised product. This exclusion does not affect your rights concerning defects or lack of conformity.

Damage on delivery. Check items on arrival and, where possible, report any visible damage within 48 hours, with photographs. This timeframe helps us handle the issue and does not limit your statutory rights or guarantees.

Lead times and availability. Dates depend on suppliers and logistics. If an issue or delay arises, we will inform you and work towards a solution while respecting your rights.

Alternatives. Availability may change. We will suggest alternatives for your approval; if you prefer a different style or finish, we can review the selection with you.

Outdoor furniture. We prepare a proposal based on the dimensions of your terrace and your needs.

Specific terms are provided before you enter into a contract and apply without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights.
